Born and raised in New Jersey with a Bachelors Degree in Education and Art History. I decided to receive my first certification in 2003 in Anusara Yoga at City Yoga in Los Angeles, California. I continue taking workshops with John Friend and Senior Certified teachers and training for continual growth in my practice and teachings. In February of 2008, I finished a pre-natal teacher training program with Kundalini Guru and Teacher Gurmukh in Los Angeles.
